Shipping & Returns
We deliver worldwide.
As soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. The delivery time also depends on the courier and we cannot be held responsible for the delays due to the courier’s work.
Our standard shipment method is Correos ( Spanish national postal service provider) with tracking. Express shipping options are available for European countries.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
UK deliveries: If you bought the goods worth or less in total £135, you don't need to pay Customs Duty. If you are interested in ordering for a more significant value, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange your delivery from the UK directly ( approximately in 3-4 weeks).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by europe.fibreheat.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You need to send us an email to email@example.com before shipping goods back to us.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or tags removed.
All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns form included in the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. We do not refund shipping charges.
